What Clients Are Saying

“The very first time I ever meditated was in one of Kate's small group classes. I was definitely skeptical but a quick convert. Kate has the best energy about her and it's contagious. She is a natural teacher and passionate about sharing her practice. She has also worked with my son and taught him tools to help him when he feels anxious. We are both very grateful for her!”
